english or western. She has an absolutely beautiful stride. Very
calm even in stressful situations (notice all the transfer trucks in

Reserve. Went without difficulty over the bridges, creeks, ect. Was

Has been started over jumps and shows a lot of natural talent! Her

This mare was offered for sale by Fairplay last year. She was
purchased by some nice folks in Dawsonville, GA and they no longer

Beautiful registered palomino mare with a great disposition. Rides
gentle and quiet. Excellent ground manners. Bloodlines that just can't
be beat! Sired by Zans Last Light (5.5 halter points and 92
performance points) with Zan Par Bar(245 halter points and 357
performance points) as a grand sire. Bottom side is Tardy's
Tuffy. Is double registered in AQHA and PHBA. Proven broodmare and rides very good too.
Is a wonderful trail horse and very tolerant of young riders. The best of both
worlds! Goes english and western. Great headset. Has a big soft eye and loves attention. Beautiful little
head! When we walked into
the pasture, she picked us before we could pick her!
We made a couple of quick videos including using what was available
for a redneck obstacle course! It was cold, wet, and slick. Better
videos coming as soon as we get her to our main location.
She got to trotting a little faster than we like in the video with
Reuben riding her but if you will notice, he has his heel dug into her
asking for increased speed. Also, notice how this mare stops when he
leans over to adjust his stirrup. She did a wonderful job of taking
care of him.
Starlett is currently being used in a camp program for beginners
and is doing great.

Adorable (even if she does look like a wooly booger!) and well broke pony. I'm not a fan of Haflinger
because they are usually so stubborn with kids but this one is easy
for even the most beginner rider. Good ground and saddle manners. She
also works to a cart. Absolutely wonderful personality. She does have
a spot in her left eye from an old injury.

Gracie is a been there and done that kind of pony. My gut told me that
I would like her when I first saw that big, soft eye and perky ears.
She is as wooly as she can be right now and ready for a cold winter
but I was given a photo of her taken this past summer and she is quiet
gorgeous when she sheds out. The more beautiful part of her is the
heart she has. Trained very well. Neck reins easily. Stands while
little ones take their time mounting.
We noticed when we brushed Gracie that she had some unusual white
marks/hairs on the left side of her neck. It turns out to be a mustang
brand! We contacted the BLM and they said it would be no trouble to
get a "mustang title" issued on her. All we have to do is send
them either the brand written out or a photo of it. Will be very cool
to see when she originated from. She will only the 2nd mustang in 10
years that we have really liked. She's one in a million! Everyone that
has meet in her, including our vet, has fallen in love with her!
Gracie is currently being used in a camp program and is doing great
at rebuilding a little one's confidence.

Kathy Zimmerman. She does awesome work with drill team, team penning,
and mounted patrol training. When Kathy has trained one, they are a
pure pleasure to ride! Harley, aka Rugger, hadn't been ridden in a
couple of months on the cold, dreary day he came in and was still very
enjoyable! Very outgoing personality. Side passes, backs, everything!
Check out the video with one of our guys goofing off and riding him
without any bridle, no rope on his neck, nothing! I can only imagine
how pretty he will be when he sheds his winter coat! Has a dark dorsal

Clifford has been shown successfully Super outgoing personality. I've
never seen a TB that reined like a cutting horse! This horse does it
all. Backs, neck or straight reins, side passes, turns on the hunches
and forehand. All with the lightest cues. Great for any level of
rider. Has lots of training in stadium and cross country jumping,
lower level dressage, extreme trail competition, and just good old
trail riding. He and Faylagra (below) both came from the same home.
They decided to decrease their herd so to have time to promote an up
and coming mare with Olympic potential.
Clifford did not come
with his reg. papers but his tattoo was easy to read and we were able
to obtain his registration information and pedigree from the Jockey
Club. I should have figured he was of Raise A
Native/Native Dancer bloodlines with the wonderful disposition and "rideability"
he has. He was raised at the legionary Gainesway Farm in KY.

Gorgeous pony. This one has been used in lessons this summer. Rides
english and western. Jumps. Reuben (my son) has taken a liking to
this one and may not let me sell her yet! Has been shown
in games at local shows and did well. Price reduced because she is
quick and not for beginners if not ridden regularly. No vices such as
bucking, rearing, biting, ect. Sound and healthy. The kids that
have ridden her at our place, love her and say she is a blast to ride!

had several years off having gorgeous paint babies. Will need a week

Great disposition. Terrific mother. Clips and loads/hauls easily.
Great ground manners. Her sire, Super Chief, has 1995 and 1990

She has had around 10 foals! All were paints. All but one was black
and white. One was sorrel and white.
We rode her at McIntosh and she did great on the trails. Classy is

Gorgeous and super well trained! Great disposition. Heza is safe and
dependable for any level or age of rider in and out of the arena. I
can't begin to tell you how much we have enjoyed him. We even did our
obstacle course without any bridle or halter! That's a first. He came
from a very good friend and customer of mine whose child insisted on
having a louder colored horse much to the disapproval of his family.
Heza is one of those that you fall in love with almost immediately. My
young son even rode him independently all around our farm the very
first day we meet him. Reuben envisions Heza being his very own "Stacy
Westfall" project. It's quiet possible that Reuben will be able to work
a trade with me on this gelding before he is sold. If so, then you'll see one of Reuben's other
top picks that he had taken off the market become available. Update:
Reuben wants this gelding but just can't quiet bring himself to part
with Dixie Darling so, Heza will be offered for sale.
We got so caught up in how awesome this gelding rode that we forgot
to get any photos! I did crop some from our videos. More photos coming

Some may think this is high for a 16 yr old horse but he's as healthy and
sound as any I have seen and rides like one in a million! We would
just as soon he stay here. In all the years we have been in business,
there has never been one that we rode through the obstacle course
without a bridle!

Midnight is now known as Coalinmystockin. This is an adorably cute,
spoiled rotten pony. We got him from a local family whose kids had
outgrown him. He is fine leadline and will ride independently but ....
He will shake his head, lie down while mounted, nip at you, and is far
too interested in the mares! We pride ourselves on selling good
ponies...this isn't one of them. His positives: cheap, healthy,
current vaccinations and coggins, and hasn't bucked so far. If you
have more patience and time than we do or if your kids have been
really bad this year then he's the pony for you! Delivery available! We even got a photo of Midnight being a
very good boy for Dr. Harvey! He was actually very good while turned

Gorgeous registered app mare Rides quiet. Very good disposition. Proven
broodmare and has always been a good mother. Silky rides great. I was
very impressed. These first videos were done when she was big and
pregnant. She had a beautiful colt which has seen been weaned. She
never acted the least bit ill or made a wrong move even with as
uncomfortable as she must have been . We do need to put a different
bit on her. She didn't seem to like the o-ring we used.
She's also great around kids. My son, Reuben wanted to ride her
today but he was a little too muddy to get in a saddle. Watch at the
end of the video to see how she responds to him.
Is a great trail horse for any level of rider. Is currently being
used in our beginner lesson program.

Professor. Rides gentle. Unbelievable graceful to be as big as he is.
He looks and moves more like a Friesian than a percheron and is
rumored to be half friesian. Super nice mover in his extended trot. Will take both leads of his
canter easily. Great disposition. Has to be pushed a little to canter
in a round pen (not unusual for a horse his size) but canters off
easily in a larger area. His tail has not been docked but has been
chewed off some by other horses. It will grow out!
As we refine his headset and start him jumping some...his price

a little over a year ago to a young lady who is now headed out of
state for college. He has been a wonderful mount for her and a good
home is a must. She rode him in drill team, trails, and everywhere
else she could think of.
Watch this gelding with a 5 yr old
rider. He does a wonderful job of being patient and tolerant. The
dismounting is absolutely unbelievable! Take a look at the video and
watch King's expression at the end of the dismount. There was an adult near by incase the
child needed assistance but King was as close to being a guardian
angel as a horse can be.

Absolutely gorgeous registered paint gelding. Goes english and
western. Will neck rein or go on the bit nicely. Nice mover. Good
disposition. Lots of training. As soon as whoa comes out of the
rider's mouth, he's stopped! Backs and side passes very well. A
real sweetheart of a horse. Very loving. Quick learner.
This gelding was sold by us too a really nice retired couple in FL.
Aries has done nothing wrong but they have decided that they would
rather travel some and not have horses at this time. We also will be
offering a nice gelding that was his wife's horse as soon as his
vaccinations are brought up to date (he was current on everything
except strangles vaccine).

Cisco is naturally smooth gaited with a wonderful disposition. Lots
and lots of trail miles. Neck reins and backs easily. Has been owned
by one of my farrier's customers for 5 yrs. They rode him everywhere
including hunting in CO. He even packed the elk they killed out of the

On of our beginners rode Cisco at McIntosh reserve yesterday and he
rode absolutely perfect. Water, bridges, nothing bothered him!
This gelding was sold by Fairplay Horse about a year ago, they have
decided to swap to QHs and get into speed events. He has been ridden
trails regularly over the past year with no complaints by beginner
riders. He has done a great job of teaching them!

Excellent disposition. She needs a little bit of weight to bulk her up

wonderful on trails! Needs some finishing work on headset. Is super
athletic and agile. Has been started on barrel pattern and is learning
quickly.
Jes is super quiet and easy going on the trails. One of
our riders rode double with her 4 yr old son at McIntosh Reserve
yesterday and she did wonderful. The 4 yr held the reins for the
majority of the trail ride.

daughter. Her interests have changed, as teenage girls are prone to

Sweetpea is great on trails and seems to really love trail riding.
She will lead or follow. Crossed the bridges and creeks easily. I rode
her myself since the kids were in school when we went to McIntosh but
I wouldn't hesitate to put my child on her when we all ride trails
together.

Prince is a beautiful palomino gelding with lots of potential. Super

Prince Charming did wonderful on a very demanding trail ride at
McIntosh Reserve. Crossed the narrow wooden bridles and creeks like a
champ. Did not spook at anything including bouncing deer and squirrels
jumping through the trees over our heads. He was willing to lead or
follow.
This gelding is a wonderful trail horse and not too bad in the ring
(just needs minor finishing work). He is sound and healthy. We have
reduced his price since we need to make room for all the new ones we
have coming in.

his next student... He has lots of trail miles. Has proven his worth
in unexpected circumstances such as his steadfastness avoiding
disaster during a mishap while being ridden across a river. He
has completed a desensitization course with ease.
As a policy, we don't call any horse or pony "child safe" as I
don't believe with a horse being a living creature that this is
possible, but Red is as close as I have ever seen.
